Shape safety in construction with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a Health, Safety & Setting Advisor in the Greater Toronto Area. This field-based role focuses on risk assessment and compliance.

In this position reporting to the Manager HSE, the HSE Advisor will collaborate with the national safety team and local operations. Your role involves conducting site-specific risk assessments, monitoring high-risk activities, and engaging with field crews to cultivate a safety-driven culture in construction. You will be hands-on in identifying hazards and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site-specific risk assessments on construction sites
• Monitor and address safety practices during operations




• Provide hazard mitigation recommendations to teams
• Facilitate toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Support emergency response efforts and training

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Health and Safety
• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• Required CM IOSH Certification
• Valid driver's license essential
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
