Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out and document thorough resident assessments
• Implement, evaluate, and adjust care plans as needed
• Administer medications and provide nursing treatments
• Engage residents and families through education and support
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care
Requirements:
• Valid LPN registration in the province/state
• Previous experience in long-term or senior care preferred
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required
• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check required
