This full time position involves working at a secure treatment facility aimed at supporting adolescents with complex mental health needs. You will conduct clinical assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic support. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical assessments and case formulations
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions




• Evaluate clinical risks and develop safety strategies
• Work collaboratively with treatment teams for coordinated care
• Liaise with community agencies for seamless service delivery

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Social Work and OCSWSSW eligibility
• 2 years’ experience in mental health with youth
• Proven skills in therapy and counselling techniques
• Experience in live-in treatment settings preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical management skills
