Conestoga College seeks a full time Accessibility Advisor to support students with disabilities in achieving academic success. Collaborate with students, staff, and faculty to ensure equitable access and accommodations.

This role, reporting to the Manager of Accessible Learning Services, emphasizes the development of tailored accommodation plans and guidance through College procedures. Your experience in disability services will be instrumental in navigating students' needs and implementing supportive measures across the academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate documentation for eligibility for accommodations
• Develop individualized Letters of Accommodation
• Support students in understanding assessment recommendations




• Facilitate referrals to external community supports
• Conduct information sessions for prospective students

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum three years of related experience
• Knowledge of AODA and Ontario Human Rights Code
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
