Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for America roles
• Provide stakeholder reporting in a matrix organization




• Identify effective talent attraction channels
• Develop dashboards for application and funnel analysis
• Research market salary trends for multiple roles

Requirements:
• 2-3 years recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced settings
• Deep knowledge of recruiting metrics and candidate mapping
• Experience with ATS systems (Ashby is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a bonus)
• Must work on-site in Vancouver
