Working in a hybrid capacity, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing, contributing to product innovation both from the office and remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of new cosmetic and beauty products, from ideation through to final production.
Formulate new product samples and optimize existing formulas, ensuring efficacy, safety, and stability.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and competitive product landscapes.
Collaborate with marketing teams to define product concepts, claims, and positioning.




Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and legislation.
Oversee pilot batches and scale-up processes with manufacturing partners.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in beauty product development and formulation.
Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and manufacturing processes.
Experience in trend analysis and consumer insights within the beauty industry.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in laboratory practices and analytical techniques, with remote collaboration skills.
