Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines.
Analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipping and delivery issues promptly.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).




Assist in the planning and execution of logistics projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide support and guidance to logistics team members as needed.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in logistics operations or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Experience with logistics management systems (LMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
