Join Clutch as a Retail Advisor at our recent Bayshore Mall location in Ottawa, where you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences. Engage with customers and assist them in their vehicle transactions to ensure satisfaction.

In this full-time role, you will represent Clutch as the first point of contact for customers picking up or selling their vehicles. Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail will be key, as you'll inspect vehicles and manage customer paperwork using our tracking system. Every interaction is an opportunity to provide a unique experience and foster trust.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver uniquely special experiences to every customer
• Address customer needs and resolve their issues




• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical aspects
• Complete and manage customer paperwork accurately
• Assist team members with various tasks as needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years automotive industry experience preferred
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Valid G Drivers License for Ontario
• Clean driving record and background check
