In this position, you'll manage acute and chronic medication therapy while providing consultative care to patients in the emergency department. Your expertise will support drug distribution processes alongside technologists and assist in clinical rounds with diverse healthcare teams. You'll play a key role in transitioning patients smoothly between care settings, significantly impacting their health trajectories.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage patient medication therapy and assessments
• Support drug distribution alongside technicians and assistants




• Facilitate interdisciplinary patient rounds for optimal care
• Educate patients on medication and lifestyle choices
• Participate in qualified practice development initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Registration with Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Relevant direct patient care experience in the last three years
• Additional Prescribing Authority or willingness to acquire
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
