As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you play an essential role in creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for residents at Amica. You will support various programming while also connecting with residents and their families. Your creativity will shine as you help plan community outings and manage essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and facilitate various engaging programs
• Generate daily communications on activities
• Establish strong connections with residents and families




• Drive the bus for community outings
• Support completion of necessary administrative tasks

Requirements:
• Preferred degree in Gerontology, Therapeutic Recreation, or related field
• Experience in geriatric programming beneficial
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain specialized certification
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
