We're looking for an experienced HSE Coordinator who can bring 3-5 years of construction safety expertise to LAURIN. In this role, you'll be responsible for the safety of workers and compliance with occupational health guidelines. Candidates should have NCSO certification and experience in implementing COR programs, ideally COR 2020.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety orientations and site-specific training
• Supervise site safety inspections and compliance tracking
• Lead reporting for incidents and near-misses
• Document and manage safety records with SiteDocs
• Co-chair health and safety committee meetings regularly

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years in construction safety roles
• Certification as NCSO is essential
• Experience developing SSSPs and ERPs
• Familiarity with COR programs, especially COR 2020
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
