Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing HR programs and strategic initiatives
• Analyze metrics and prepare reports for leadership
• Oversee HR project management and execution
• Maintain analytics for employee experience tracking
• Optimize HR document management and policies

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in French (advanced) and intermediate English proficiency
• Strong capabilities in project management
• Effective communicator with a customer-oriented mindset
