Key Responsibilities Lead and manage recruitment projects, overseeing the entire talent acquisition lifecycle for key clients.
Mentor, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants, fostering their qualified growth and performance.
Drive business development efforts, identifying new client opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct advanced candidate sourcing, assessment, and negotiation for senior and executive-level positions.




Analyze recruitment data and market trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients and leadership.
Requirements Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a significant portion in a senior or leadership capacity.
Demonstrated success in leading recruitment teams and managing complex client accounts.
Proven ability in business development, client relationship management, and achieving challenging targets.
Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, market dynamics, and talent acquisition technologies.
