About the Role Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Strategy & Operations Consultant to join their fully remote team, serving clients in the Kimberley area and beyond. You will be responsible for advising clients on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and organizational transformation. This role requires a blend of strategic foresight and practical execution capabilities, enabling businesses to achieve their long-term objectives. As a remote consultant, you will manage projects, lead virtual teams, and deliver impactful solutions without the need for a physical office.
Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning initiatives and develop long-term business roadmaps.
Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Design and implement organizational restructuring and change management programs.
Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and present comprehensive business cases and implementation plans.




Manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery from remote locations.
Requirements MBA or Master's degree in a relevant business or technical field.
A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations.
Demonstrated experience leading complex transformation projects.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently.
