About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and analytical Real Estate Market Analyst to join their advisory team in Kimberley . This role focuses on gathering, interpreting, and reporting on real estate market data to provide strategic insights for clients and internal stakeholders. You will conduct detailed research on property trends, economic indicators, and demographic shifts to inform investment and development decisions. Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze real estate market data, including sales, leasing, and development activity in Kimberley and surrounding regions. Prepare comprehensive market research reports, forecasts, and presentations. Monitor economic, demographic, and regulatory factors impacting the real estate market. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within real estate.
