As part-time Childminding Associate, reporting to the Youth Director, you will plan and lead age-appropriate activities in our Day Camp and Childminding programs. You'll be integral in maintaining a safe space for children while promoting their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Flexibility in your schedule, including evenings and weekends, is essential to support our dynamic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a safe, welcoming environment for children
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities like games and crafts




• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being
• Maintain clean, organized program spaces
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Experience in childcare or related field preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexible availability for varied shifts
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
