Post-Secondary Education, ideally in an Insurance focused program or related program Completed or working towards the CIP designation Minimum 10 years of experience in the property and casualty industry Minimum of 3-5 years of claims leadership/mentorship experience Strong adjusting background with in-depth knowledge of CGL and Auto BI Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Legal Counsel Core Competencies
