Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering . 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, including design, optimization, and scale-up. Extensive experience with advanced process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis. Demonstrated expertise in process safety management and risk assessment methodologies. Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams virtually. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration. Benefits
