About the Role Our client is seeking an organized and driven Project Coordinator to support their development initiatives in Kimberley . You will work closely with project managers and teams, facilitating communication and tracking progress towards key milestones. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of development projects.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure project requirements are met.
Track project progress and address any roadblocks or issues that arise.




Prepare project status reports and documentation.
Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and well-organized.
Requirements Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid mode, balancing remote and in-office tasks in Kimberley .
