Become a Swim Teacher with Seal Swimming, working part-time or full-time to foster swimming skills among various age groups. Your passion for teaching will shine as you follow our curriculum and values.

In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering swimming education in a positive, engaging manner. You'll be responsible for building client relationships and guiding students to excel in their swimming journeys. This position requires a commitment to safety and professionalism as well as the ability to create inviting and educational experiences based on Seal Swimming’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships
• Deliver swimming classes with professionalism and punctuality
• Ensure a safe,



clean pool environment for all
• Prepare lesson plans tailored to student progress
• Attend safety training and track swimmer attendance

Requirements:
• Teaching certification (Swim Teacher Pro or equivalent)
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
• Bronze Cross or working towards NLS certification
• Solid initiative and commitment to teaching
• Effective communication skills for client engagement
