About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer - Network Administration to join our Infrastructure Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, administering, supporting, and optimizing enterprise network environments that enable secure, resilient, and high-performing business operations.
You will work across LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, VPN, and cloud-connected environments while partnering with infrastructure, security, service delivery, and operational teams to ensure network stability, performance, and compliance
What You'll Do Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless controllers, and load balancers.
Perform network troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis for complex issues.
Implement network upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and infrastructure improvements through established change management processes.
Monitor bandwidth utilization, network performance, latency, packet loss, and capacity utilization.
Collaborate with IT Security, NOC, infrastructure teams, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
Support network resilience initiatives including failover testing, backup validation, disaster recovery readiness, and security hardening.
Maintain accurate network documentation including diagrams, inventories, SOPs, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with security policies,



audit requirements, and operational standards.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications Experience 6-8 years of experience in Network Administration, Network Engineering, or Infrastructure Support.
Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing enterprise networking environments.
Strong experience supporting mission‑critical network infrastructure in a corporate or managed services environment.

Preferred Skills: Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela)
Cisco Data Center Networking
Cisco Proxy Solutions
Cisco Load Balancers
Linux Networking
Prisma Cloud
SolarWinds Monitoring Solutions
High Availability and Disaster Recovery Networking
Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto Certifications, ITIL, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Success in This Role Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Experience working within SLA-driven environments.
Ability to balance operational excellence with continuous improvement initiatives.

$50,000 – $90,000 base salary (not including bonus or commission)
