Join Refresco as a Regional Plant Controller and lead financial management for our operations. Ensure the accuracy of financial results and enhance operational efficiency.

In the role of Regional Plant Controller, you will work closely with plant management and the senior operational team to oversee financial integrity and compliance across multiple manufacturing sites. You will provide strategic financial guidance, actively manage the budgetary processes, and support capital expenditure initiatives, all while driving continuous improvements in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Verify financial results and ensure compliance with regulations
• Guide capital expenditure request processes and audits
• Oversee the development of the annual Operating Plan




• Identify financial risks and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with plant teams to enhance financial performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Accounting required
• At least 5 years’ experience in a controller role
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
• Solid background in ERP systems, preferably SAP
