Your background should include at least two years in a similar leadership role with proficiency in various systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide warehouse associates in daily tasks and operations
• Communicate risks of missed targets to the Supervisors




• Develop recovery plans to address at-risk performance
• Track inventory and manage requisitions using SAP
• Address and resolve exceptions in logistics processes

Requirements:
• At least two years of leadership in a warehouse context
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and SAP
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven commitment to safety and quality standards
• Flexibility to adapt to changing shift hours
