About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Lead Agentic AI Solutions Architect to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and automation solutions that transform business operations and drive measurable business value. This role will partner with business, product, engineering, and architecture teams to identify strategic opportunities, design scalable AI systems, and ensure responsible AI practices are embedded throughout the solution lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of Agentic AI and automation solutions, from discovery and architecture through deployment, support, and optimization.
Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Design scalable AI architectures leveraging AI agents, large language models (LLMs), enterprise platforms, APIs, and workflow automation technologies.
Establish AI engineering standards, architecture patterns, governance controls, and reusable capabilities while ensuring responsible AI practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and architecture teams, promoting innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, application development, or platform engineering.
5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
Strong proficiency in Python and modern agentic AI software engineering practices.
Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and MCP frameworks.
Proven experience leading technical delivery efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders,
with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Claude Agent SDK, or similar technologies.
Expertise with Azure cloud services, Azure AI Foundry, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Human-in-the-Loop workflows, and Responsible AI governance frameworks.
Required Experience 10+ years of relevant technology experience in software engineering, architecture, or platform development.
Experience delivering AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or enterprise workflow solutions in large-scale environments.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, Azure technologies, APIs, and microservices-based architectures.
Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Master's degree or Doctorate in a related discipline is preferred and may offset some experience requirements.
Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, AI technologies, architecture frameworks, or software engineering are considered an asset.
