Key Responsibilities:
• Educate clients on zoning and licensing regulations
• Assess and recommend compliance for applications
• Collaborate with different city divisions to streamline approvals
• Provide detailed responses to information requests
• Conduct research to support zoning initiatives

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience related to zoning regulations
• Degree or advanced diploma in Planning or Engineering
• Effective customer service and public communication skills
• Familiarity with Ontario Building Code regulations
