Shape the future of manufacturing at Jabil as a Test Engineer IV in Prince George, VA. Engage in the exciting startup of large form-factor equipment production while leveraging your engineering skills.

In this in office position, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing processes for our new factory startup. This involves hands-on work in panel and point-to-point wire assembly and managing complex electronic systems. You will also assist in training the operations team and create essential workflow guidelines for a successful production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop process flow and work instructions for manufacturing
• Participate in assembly of large power electronic components
• Train staff for operational efficiency




• Collaborate with team members on factory setup
• Ensure high standards of quality control and testing

Requirements:
• Proven experience in electronic assembly and engineering
• Expertise in handling Large equipment and systems
• Understanding of Medium and High Power assemblies
• Strong collaboration and innovation skills
• Willingness to work on-site in a startup setting
