Engage with the adult congregation to help them grow spiritually, connect through Life Groups, and discover their unique gifts. You will partner with the Lead Pastor in offering pastoral care, teaching, and leadership development within the church community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate adult discipleship programs and workshops
• Lead Life Groups to enhance biblical connections
• Provide compassionate pastoral care and counseling
• Deliver impactful teaching during services
• Train and mentor future leaders in the ministry

Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in a church setting
• Strong relational and cooperative abilities
• Commitment to nurturing adult faith journeys
• Experience in teaching or preaching
