You will supervise regional office operations and directly support staff as they implement employment services. This involves engaging with local committees and community stakeholders to ensure effective program execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the MET Regional Office
• Supervise MET office staff and assist with performance reviews
• Work with local committees to implement training services




• Assess applications for funding and prepare documentation
• Oversee financial obligations per contracts and agreements

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or Management
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role
• At least 2 years' experience in implementation programs
• Robust leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with travel capability
