This independent contractor role allows you to engage with individuals, couples, and families while providing vital EAP services. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement solution-focused counselling and EAP support
• Conduct assessments and create treatment goals
• Maintain client confidentiality and documentation
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
• Registration in good standing with OCSWSSW or CRPO
• Experienced in counselling various populations
• Strong assessment and therapeutic skills
• Bilingualism in French or Arabic an asset
