Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the HR presence for 24/7 staff and volunteers
• Enhance systems for HR efficiency and response

• Aid employees experiencing vicarious trauma
• Collaborate on complex HR issues with leadership
Requirements:
• Degree in HR, Social Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in emotionally demanding settings
• Strong skills in conflict resolution and employee relations
• Experience supporting shift workers and high workloads
• Ability to work respectfully with diverse individuals
