Partnering with business leaders and HR, you will diagnose challenges and implement solutions that align with strategic goals. Your role will be critical in managing complexities and facilitating relationships to drive improved decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end organization design projects
• Refine operating models including decision rights and governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs




• Conduct workforce analyses to enhance organizational health
• Lead discussions and workshops with cross-functional teams

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness
• Proven expertise in organization and operating model design
• Robust judgment in fast-paced environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Familiarity with organizational modeling tools like OrgVue
