Reporting to the Global Head of IS Enterprise Architecture, you will define and govern the HR domain architecture across the enterprise. You will implement architecture principles, manage data integration, and align with the HR Technology Roadmap. This role ensures that the Workday landscape operates efficiently while identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain HR domain architecture and capabilities
• Define HR architecture principles and guardrails
• Review solutions and assess HR integration architectures




• Align HR domain roadmap with overall enterprise strategy
• Maintain up-to-date architecture documentation in EA tools

Requirements:
• 7+ years in architecture or senior HR technology roles
• Solid experience with HR systems like Workday
• Proficient in HR integrations and processes
• Knowledge of privacy regulations for HR data
• Proven capability in managing large decentralized enterprises
