Be a pivotal part of our aircraft maintenance operations as a Team Lead, where you will manage technicians and ensure the highest standards of maintenance are met. Your leadership drives safety and performance.

This position centers on leading maintenance teams to address aircraft defects and operational events, ensuring timely task completion and open communication with supervisors. You'll hold an AME M2 or E license while supervising and guiding the workflow of your team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to all maintenance policies and procedures
• Maintain required AME M2 or E license and ACA qualifications
• Collaborate with MOC to manage operational schedules
• Oversee tasks accomplished by Apprentices and AMEs
• Facilitate ground support equipment maintenance

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education with a minimum of 3 years' leadership experience
• AME M2 or E license as per Transport Canada requirements
• Preferred endorsements on DHC-8-400 or Embraer E2
• Highly organized with solid multitasking abilities
• Must pass airside security clearance
