Fraser Health is seeking a Public Health Nurse to deliver nursing services within the Population Health/Health Promotion framework across schools, homes, and communities in Surrey, BC. The PHN will apply epidemiology, health promotion, and primary care principles to support diverse populations.
You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide education, and engage in program planning and evaluation to improve health outcomes and prevent disease in the community.
