About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager with a specialization in software development to lead their product teams. This hybrid role involves managing the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design through to deployment and maintenance, balancing remote work with essential in-person collaboration. You will be responsible for guiding development teams, managing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is a key position for driving innovation and efficiency in our client's software development efforts in the Northern Cape region.
Key Responsibilities Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects using Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and track project progress.
Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of milestones and features.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues,



facilitating effective problem-solving within the team.
Communicate project status, updates, and potential challenges to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a strong background in software development .
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing remote and in-office team members.
