In this position, you will draft and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements while collaborating with business and legal teams both domestically and globally. Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and review diverse commercial agreements

Requirements:
• J.D. from an accredited law school with bar admission
• Minimum of 3 years in commercial contract negotiation
