SUMMARY Primoris Canada is seeking DSP Welder B Pressure w/Rig to support working on a maintenance, or plant shutdown/turnaround project. Anticipated Start Date: September 10, 2026 Location: CNRL - Fort McMurray Accommodation: Camp Available Shift: 21-day duration - Turnaround Hourly Rate: $129.17/hr (Inclusive of employer contributions for health and welfare, RSP, education, training)
JOB DUTIES Comply with Company OH&S; safety requirements
Read and interpret weld procedures (WPS) and isometric drawings
Weld using SMAW, STT/FCAW process
Inspect and verify weld quality to code and specifications
Work safely around cranes, rigging, and mobile equipment
Participate in toolbox meetings
Maintain housekeeping in work areas
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS Alberta registered Journeyperson (or equivalent)
B-Pressure Ticket
CWB Ticket
F3-F4 Weld ticket
CSO
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors
Solid commitment to safety and quality
Team-oriented and self-motivated
