Key Responsibilities:
• Manage medication order entries in Meditech
• Collaborate during clinical rounds for medication reviews
• Identify and address drug therapy issues
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety standards
• Serve as a resource for pharmacy-related queries

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or PharmD (required)
• Active registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists (mandatory)
• Hospital residency preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
