Oversee the Maintenance Team at Six Nations of the Grand River as a Maintenance Lead, ensuring all facilities are well-managed and safe. This full time position requires flexible hours to meet operational needs.

In your role as the Maintenance Lead, you will report to the Social Services Executive Administrator and be responsible for staff supervision and maintenance operations across the organization's facilities. Your leadership will enhance operational effectiveness while fostering compliance with safety regulations and effective communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling and inspections
• Prepare health and safety compliance reports
• Manage administrative tasks including work schedules




• Interact with outside contractors for service maintenance
• Lead team communication and training efforts

Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in skilled trade or significant experience
• Proficient in computer applications (Excel/Word)
• Valid class G Ontario driver’s license needed
• Familiarity with security and fire alarm systems an asset
• Ability to pass a criminal record check required
