Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily activities and allocate work assignments
• Enforce plant safety and housekeeping regulations
• Evaluate employee performance and document training needs




• Maintain material inventory and initiate purchase orders
• Identify best practices for continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Ability to instruct and evaluate employees effectively
• Knowledge of corrugated box production is an asset
• Robust communication and leadership skills
• Experience with employee policies and procedures
• Must be able to work 8-hour afternoon shifts
