In this position, you will lead fundraising efforts in partnership with the Executive Director, strategizing initiatives that align with LSRS’s goals. You will be responsible for managing donor portfolios and implementing a diverse range of fundraising methods to enhance our community service efforts. Your creative storytelling and engagement efforts will inspire support and cultivate current partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute annual fundraising plans aligned with strategic goals
• Lead planning and execution of fundraising events




• Maintain donor relationships to drive engagement
• Oversee donor data tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with marketing to share impactful stories

Requirements:
• Proven fundraising experience with relationship management
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Knowledge of donor management software
• Strong organizational abilities and self-motivation
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
