In this pivotal role within the Internal AI Accelerator Squad, you will act as a technical partner, guiding teams in adopting advanced AI technologies. Your focus will be on designing and operationalizing AI workflows that reshape the company’s internal processes. You will work closely with product owners and SMEs, ensuring secure, reliable, and effective AI integration in business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Co-design workflows using tools like MCP and Gemini
• Integrate AI with core platforms like Slack and NetSuite
• Create reusable automation patterns for team use




• Establish performance and monitoring frameworks for AI workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business pain points into tech solutions

Requirements:
• Solid experience building applications in production environments
• Hands-on delivery of AI technologies, including copilots
• Expertise in Python or TypeScript coding
• Systems-thinking approach with security in design
