Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate and manufacturing roles
• Build trust-based partnerships with hiring managers and candidates
• Execute high-volume recruiting for manufacturing facilities




• Facilitate kickoff meetings and present diverse candidate slates
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in high-volume, hourly recruitment
• Knowledge of Canadian employment laws
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred)
