In this critical position, you’ll be part of the Tech+Lab Expense & Vendor Management team, tasked with managing vendor relationships and driving performance outcomes. The ideal candidate has at least three years of vendor management experience and is skilled in analyzing contracts for cost-saving opportunities. You will also interface regularly with executive stakeholders and contribute to governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and manage upcoming contract renewals
• Present contract packages for executive review




• Drive optimization of vendor spend through analysis
• Maintain a detailed Power BI dashboard on vendor metrics
• Conduct reviews with AI tools to find key insights

Requirements:
• Business or IT-related post-secondary education
• 3+ years of experience in vendor management
• Expertise in Excel and Oracle ERP required
• Familiarity with SLA frameworks and negotiation
• Bilingualism for Quebec candidates preferred
