Reporting to the SVP, you’ll spearhead product strategy and digital transformation initiatives at GreenShield. Your responsibilities include guiding recent developments, portfolio management, and operational scale. You will collaborate with diverse teams to align objectives and support impactful outcomes in health equity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop product strategy and ensure alignment
• Convert insights into impactful portfolio choices
• Manage product performance metrics
• Foster digital capabilities and automation
• Lead ongoing improvement of product operations

Requirements:
• 15+ years in product management experience
• Proven experience in healthcare or insurance
• Strong ability in portfolio management and decision-making
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
