Join West Coast Seniors Housing Management as a Dietitian, focusing on optimal nutrition care for seniors. Ensure the dietary needs are met through personalized meal planning and collaborative efforts.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Care and manage the nutritional needs of residents. You’ll create and update personalized nutrition care plans and ensure compliance with the Ministry of Health’s regulations. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and participating in educational efforts are key components.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review care plans within specified timelines
• Monitor implementation of nutrition strategies
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with standards




• Engage in interdisciplinary communication and meetings
• Provide staff education on nutrition and safety

Requirements:
• Valuable standing with College of Dietitians of British Columbia
• Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition
• Clinical experience in geriatric nutrition is an asset
• Ability to pass the Criminal Record Check
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
