Based at our Burlington Head Office, this role focuses on supporting programs that nurture associate growth. You will coordinate onboarding, build reports, and optimize the Workday Learning system. Collaborating with stakeholders will be essential for ensuring effective learning experiences across various business groups.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Workday Learning day-to-day operations and user management
• Collaborate on enterprise learning initiatives with U.S. counterparts
• Maintain role-based onboarding programs and conduct audits




• Generate custom reports and analyze system activity trends
• Act as a learning partner for talent project coordination

Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Workday Learning experience preferred
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Excel ability for data analysis
