In this full-time role at CGIC, you will be integral to the Accident Benefit Claims team. Your responsibilities will involve investigating complex claims and collaborating with various professionals to develop client care strategies. This position also offers an opportunity for skilled growth through constant interaction and engagement with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret coverages and resolve complex Accident Benefit claims
• Collaborate with clients and rehabilitation workers for effective case management
• Manage complex files, including litigation and ADR situations




• Provide coaching and technical support to claims colleagues
• Uphold high standards for client service in all interactions

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in P&C; liability claims
• Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma
• Actively pursuing or open to obtaining CIP or Medical Rehabilitation designation
• Strong problem-solving capabilities in client-centered contexts
• Required provincial adjuster licenses must be obtained
