In this position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying student needs and implementing tailored strategies. The candidate must have a Bachelor of Education and relevant teaching certification, along with solid classroom experience in inclusive settings. Ability to communicate effectively and work with multidisciplinary teams is essential for facilitating student progress and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review student concerns and identify challenges
• Recommend and develop appropriate intervention strategies
• Monitor and document student progress and adapt plans accordingly
• Work with families to access additional school and community resources
• Collaborate with educators and administrators for effective support
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification
• Active provincial teaching license
• Classroom experience with diverse learning needs
• Familiarity with IEP development and monitoring
• Effective collaboration skills with staff and families
