In this vital role, under the supervision of the Director, Finance & Administration, you will lead day-to-day accounting functions while fostering team growth and implementing process improvements. Your expertise will facilitate accurate reporting and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee comprehensive accounting operations and cash management
• Develop performance indicators and financial dashboards
• Analyze and enhance finance processes and workflows




• Ensure compliance and maintain the Society’s Finance Manual
• Mentor staff and lead change initiatives across departments

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and active CPA membership
• Six years of experience in management within accounting
• Solid understanding of finance systems and change management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly
